The rules of the room

Acceptance

By joining the waitlist, creating an account, or paying for a membership, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You must be at least 18 years old to become a member.

What we offer

Inspire Women provides a paid membership community. The membership includes monthly in-person or virtual strategy sessions in Lima, an AI accountability partner on WhatsApp, access to member events, and participation in the private member community.

We describe membership details on our website. Some details, like session venues, may change from time to time. We will give reasonable notice of material changes.

Membership and pricing

Founding members pay $25 USD per month and lock that rate for life, subject to continuous membership. Regular members pay $35 USD per month. All pricing is published on our website.

Payments are processed monthly in advance through Stripe. Prices are in USD. Applicable taxes are added at checkout where required by law.

We may change regular pricing with at least 30 days' notice. Founding member lifetime pricing will not be raised for as long as your membership is continuous.

Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel at any time from your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing month. You keep access until then.

We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee for new members. If the community is not the right fit, write to support@inspirewomen.lat within 30 days of your first payment and we will refund the first month in full.

If you cancel and rejoin later, founding member rates are not retained unless you maintained continuous membership.

Confidentiality in sessions

Every member signs a mutual confidentiality agreement before her first session. What is shared in the room stays in the room. Goals, numbers, and personal context disclosed in sessions are not to be shared outside the community.

A breach of session confidentiality is grounds for immediate termination of membership without refund of the current billing month.

Code of conduct

Members are expected to honor the community's code of conduct. Harassment, discrimination, solicitation, or behavior that undermines the trust of the room is not tolerated.

We reserve the right to decline applications and to terminate memberships that violate the code of conduct. In termination cases, the remainder of the current billing month is not refunded.

Your content

You retain ownership of anything you create or share as a member: goals, notes, commitments, contributions to discussions. By posting inside the community, you grant us a limited license to host and display it to other members.

We may use anonymized, aggregated insights (for example, "members set an average of three quarterly goals per quarter") to describe the community publicly. We will never attribute specific content to you without explicit consent.

Our obligations

We will run scheduled sessions as announced, barring circumstances outside our reasonable control. If a session is cancelled, we will reschedule it or credit your account.

We will keep your data private per our Privacy Policy. We will respond to member inquiries within five business days.

We will act in good faith to make this community what we claim it is.

Limitations

Inspire Women is a peer community, not a professional service. We are not a therapist, lawyer, accountant, or financial advisor. Session content is shared peer-to-peer and should not be treated as professional advice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from the membership is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Peru. Disputes will first be attempted to be resolved through direct communication. If that fails, disputes will be resolved in the courts of Lima.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced by email to active members at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
