How we handle your data

Inspire Women is a premium community. We treat your information the way we treat what's shared in the room: privately, purposefully, and never for resale.

Updated April 2026

Who we are

Inspire Women is a private membership community operated from Lima, Peru. References to "we," "us," and "our" mean Inspire Women. You can reach us at support@inspirewomen.lat.

What we collect

When you join the waitlist or apply for membership, we collect your email and (if provided) your name. When you become a member, we collect billing information through our payment processor, Stripe. We never store full card numbers.

When you attend a session, we may collect notes, goals, and commitments you choose to share. This content stays inside the member community and is never sold or used in marketing.

When you use the website, we collect minimal product analytics (pages visited, session duration) through PostHog. We do not use advertising trackers.

How we use it

To operate the membership: create your account, process payments, schedule your sessions, match you with an accountability partner, and power the WhatsApp AI accountability thread.

To improve the product: understand which pages and features work, diagnose bugs, and make informed decisions about what to build next.

To communicate with you: transactional emails (receipts, session reminders), member updates, and occasional letters from Carmen. You can opt out of the letters at any time.

Who we share it with

Service providers we contract to operate the business: Clerk (authentication), Stripe (payments), PostHog (analytics), Vercel (hosting), and WhatsApp Business / Meta (session reminders and AI accountability). Each is bound by its own data processing terms.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We do not share member content or session notes outside the community.

We will disclose information if compelled by law or to protect the safety of the community.

How long we keep it

Account information: for as long as you are a member, plus six years after cancellation to meet tax and accounting obligations.

Session content you submit: for as long as you are a member. On request, we can export or delete it.

Waitlist data: until you ask to be removed, or indefinitely if you later become a member.

Your rights

You can request a copy of your data, correct it, or delete it by writing to support@inspirewomen.lat. We respond within 30 days.

If you are in the EU, the UK, or a similar jurisdiction, you also have rights to restrict or object to processing, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

Security

We use industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest. Payments are processed by Stripe, which is PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant. Authentication is handled by Clerk.

No system is perfectly secure. If we learn of a breach that affects your information, we will notify you without undue delay.

Changes

We will update this page when our practices change. Material changes will be announced by email to active members. The "Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the latest revision.
