What happens in three hours

A working session, not a networking event.

We don't do icebreakers. We walk in with the number and leave with a plan.

00:00

Arrival & framing

20 minutes. Wine, bread, brief intros. You state the ONE thing you're moving this quarter. Out loud. In front of five women who will remember.

00:20

Vision to paper

The first hour. Each woman gets a sheet and a facilitator's prompts. The goal: your 12-month vision, the number, the real obstacle. By the end of the block, it's legible — to you and to the table.

01:20

The round table

Ninety minutes. Each woman presents in 8 minutes. The table asks the real question — not 'what do you do' but 'what's the thing you haven't said out loud yet.' Feedback is direct. Confidential. Useful.

02:50

Accountability pairing

Before you leave, you're paired with one woman from the table. Your partner knows your number and your week. You're both on a WhatsApp thread with an AI partner that checks in daily.

03:00

Dinner, unstructured

We stay for dinner. This is where the real friendships start.

Who's in the room

Women with real businesses, real numbers, real ambition.

i.

Founders

Running a company — funded, bootstrapped, or pre-revenue. Looking for peers who read a P&L without translating.

ii.

Operators

Senior PMs, ops leads, GMs. Building inside fast-growing companies. Want people who understand ambiguous scope and executive politics.

iii.

Creatives

Writers, designers, directors running real creative businesses. Want a room that treats creative work as seriously as ops work.

Questions

Things ambitious women ask

Yes. Every session includes a virtual seat with full access to the round-table format, accountability pairing, and daily AI partner. Founding members split roughly 50/50 between Lima-resident and remote.
Spanish is the primary working language. English is welcomed — the table is bilingual, and your accountability partner is matched on language preference. The AI partner on WhatsApp runs in both languages.
Total. Every woman signs a mutual NDA before her first session. Your goals, your numbers, the thing you said out loud — all stay in the room. This is non-negotiable.
Separate and ongoing. After your session, your AI partner on WhatsApp knows your goals and your accountability partner's name. Daily check-ins, strategic reframes, receipts when you move. The session sets the direction; the AI holds you to it.
Smart casual — dress as you'd dress for a serious dinner party with peers. No blazers required. No sweatpants encouraged.
Founding members keep their seat regardless. You can switch between in-person and virtual freely. The only thing you can't do is send a substitute — the table is for members only.
