A working session, not a networking event.
We don't do icebreakers. We walk in with the number and leave with a plan.
Arrival & framing
20 minutes. Wine, bread, brief intros. You state the ONE thing you're moving this quarter. Out loud. In front of five women who will remember.
Vision to paper
The first hour. Each woman gets a sheet and a facilitator's prompts. The goal: your 12-month vision, the number, the real obstacle. By the end of the block, it's legible — to you and to the table.
The round table
Ninety minutes. Each woman presents in 8 minutes. The table asks the real question — not 'what do you do' but 'what's the thing you haven't said out loud yet.' Feedback is direct. Confidential. Useful.
Accountability pairing
Before you leave, you're paired with one woman from the table. Your partner knows your number and your week. You're both on a WhatsApp thread with an AI partner that checks in daily.
Dinner, unstructured
We stay for dinner. This is where the real friendships start.
Women with real businesses, real numbers, real ambition.
Founders
Running a company — funded, bootstrapped, or pre-revenue. Looking for peers who read a P&L without translating.
Operators
Senior PMs, ops leads, GMs. Building inside fast-growing companies. Want people who understand ambiguous scope and executive politics.
Creatives
Writers, designers, directors running real creative businesses. Want a room that treats creative work as seriously as ops work.
- Attire
- Come as you would to a serious dinner party. We're not in blazers.
- Confidentiality
- The room runs under a mutual confidentiality agreement. Your numbers stay in the room.
- Remote option
- Can't make Lima? Every session has a virtual seat with full access to the pairing + AI accountability.
- What to bring
- A notebook. Your honest number. The thing you haven't said out loud.
- Food
- Dinner is included. Wine pairs with the evening, not with the working hours.
Real quotes from founding members appear here as seats fill. For now: this is the room we're furnishing together.
